What does a film sound like if you take away the visuals? During this special ADE listening session, DJ Disco Arabesquo dives into his collection of vinyl and cassettes, taking you into the world of Egyptian film music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

Moataz Rageb, also known as Disco Arabesquo, is a sociologist, DJ, and collector of Arabic cassettes and vinyl. He specializes in Arabic-Western crossover music that reflects a creative generation in search of a new identity. He is known for his sold-out parties under the name 'Disco Arabesquo Night' and for reissuing Egyptian musical gems.
